 I'm having problems downloading Demo Builder/Quiz Builder. What can I do?
Solution Firstly, thank you for your interest in Demo Builder/Quiz Builder.

Download problems can have multiple reasons which are generally caused by unusual computer settings, a high volume of traffic, insufficient bandwidth or other problems with the internet connection to our download servers.

To ensure that the problem is not with your computer's settings, please work through the following steps…

1. Deactivate all Download Managers that may be installed on your computer (e.g. GetRight, FlashGet, DAP, Go!Zilla). Some of these download managers can cause problems when trying to download the installation file from our server.

2. If you are an advanced user, check the Proxy Settings of your internet browser. If you are using a proxy server, try temporarily deactivating it for this download.

3. Clear your Internet Cache or your Temporary Internet Files. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, this can be done from the Tools -> Internet Options... menu. Click Delete Files in the window that appears, wait until the deletion is complete and then close the Options window.
